Questions
Before you begin a conversation, you should feel clear.
The Work
What is somatic coaching?
Somatic means body-based. Most coaching and therapy works through the mind — analyzing, understanding, reframing. Somatic coaching works through the body, where our patterns actually live. We use breath, sensation, and presence to create shifts that talk alone can't reach. You don't just understand something new — you feel something change.
How is this different from therapy?
Therapy is invaluable — and this is something different. We're not diagnosing or treating. We're not spending months analyzing your past. We work in the body, in the present moment, with what's alive right now. You'll leave sessions feeling something shift — not just understanding something new.
How is this different from executive coaching?
Executive coaching works on strategy, performance, and leadership skills. This work goes underneath all of that — to your nervous system, your capacity to feel, and the places where you've shut down in order to keep performing. Many women find that when they do this work, their leadership shifts naturally. Not because we worked on it, but because they came back to themselves.
What does "expanding your capacity" actually mean?
When we're in survival mode — running on adrenaline, over-functioning, managing everything — our nervous system narrows. We lose access to pleasure, intimacy, presence, and joy. Expanding your capacity means your nervous system can hold more: more success without the cost, more love without the bracing, more aliveness in the life you've already built.
What is intimacy, and how is it linked to burnout?
Intimacy isn't just sex — it's the capacity to be fully present with another person, and with yourself. When a woman is burned out, her nervous system is in survival mode. It shuts down the receptors for softness, pleasure, and connection — because those require safety and relaxation. Burnout and intimacy loss are the same problem. We work on both at once.
Sessions & Structure
What does a session actually look like?
We talk, yes — but we also drop below the talking. I'll guide you into your body, into your breath, into what's actually happening underneath the words. Every session is different because every session follows you. There's no script. There's just presence.
How long is each session and how often do we meet?
Sessions are 60–75 minutes, bi-weekly. The container is six months. Between sessions, you'll receive written summaries, recorded practices, and a personal check-in the week between calls. Everything is via video, from wherever you are in the world.
What can I expect from six months of this work?
Most women leave the first session feeling something they didn't expect — a clarity, a softening, a sense of being met. The six-month container exists because real change takes time to integrate. By the end, women consistently report feeling more present in their body, more available in their relationships, and more able to actually enjoy the life they've worked so hard to build.
What is the investment?
The six-month private container is $3,000. A payment plan is available. The best next step is to apply — there's no commitment in that conversation, just a chance to see if this is the right fit.
Is This For Me?
Is this only for women dealing with burnout?
Not only. Burnout is the most common entry point — but some women come feeling stuck, numb, disconnected, or like something essential is missing even when life looks good on the outside. If you can't feel the life you've built, this work is for you.
I'm already working with a therapist or coach. Can I still do this?
Yes — this work complements both. Many clients do it alongside therapy or other support. The modalities are different enough that they rarely overlap, and often the body-based work accelerates what's happening in talk-based spaces.
What if I've already done a lot of inner work?
Good. That means you're ready to go deeper. Many of my clients come having read everything, tried everything — and still feel stuck. That's because this work happens in the body, not the mind. Whatever you've done has brought you here. Now we go all the way in.
Do you work with men?
My primary focus is women. That said, I'm open to working with men on a case-by-case basis. If you're a man who feels called to this work, reach out and we'll have a conversation.
How do I know if I'm ready?
If something in you is leaning toward this — that's the signal. You don't need to be at rock bottom. You don't need to have it figured out. You just need to be willing to feel more than you're feeling right now.
Still have a question?
The best answer starts with a conversation.
