ABOUT ME

I’m Esther Simone — and I help women find love by coming home to themselves.

I am a sex, love, and relationship coach with a passion for women’s empowerment, embodiment, and emotional freedom.

I’m trained in the VITA™ Method - a trauma-informed, science-based system that weaves modern psychology with ancient Tantric wisdom to awaken the body’s natural capacity for pleasure, love, and vitality.

My path to this work began not in a certification, but in a rupture.

I grew up in a conservative culture in Asia, where women were taught to serve, to stay small, and to place their worth outside themselves. Confidence in a woman’s body was not celebrated - it was shamed. To be loved, accepted, and to belong - to feel safe - I learned to dim my feminine power to meet society’s expectation.

Most of all, I was taught that sensuality was not Divine - that it was something separate from the Universe, from purity, from power.

So I did what many women do: I shut down my power. I turned against myself.

In a world that glorified success and wealth, I chased achievement to fill what felt missing. I earned my master’s degree, rose in the corporate world, and appeared accomplished - yet no matter what I achieved, a quiet ache remained.

That ache became my initiation - the beginning of my self-abandonment and, ultimately, my search for truth.

My journey led me deep into the study of presence, embodiment, and the sacred feminine. In 2005, I became a certified yoga teacher and traveled to India to immerse myself in the ancient teachings of yoga and meditation. The practice gave me discipline and devotion - yet something was still missing. I hadn’t yet opened the door to the feminine.

Everything changed after the birth of my two children. Exhausted and burnt out, no amount of yoga could touch the emptiness in my soul. It was then I began to rediscover the truth that had been hidden all along.

That our sensuality is Divine, yet it is only one doorway into something even greater - the love of self in her entirety.

That the body is not a distraction from spirituality, but the very temple where the Divine expresses through us - in feeling, in breath, in tenderness.

That true empowerment arises when a woman learns to love herself not in fragments, but as a whole - her light, and her longing, her softness and her strength.

When a woman reclaims all of who she is - her body, her pleasure, her heart, her truth - she reclaims her power.

This is what women’s empowerment truly means.

It’s not about striving or proving.

It’s about remembering your wholeness - and from that place, creating love that feels safe, purpose that feels alive, and wealth that flows from your worth rather than your effort.

Because when you are embodied - when your feminine energy is awake - everything in your life begins to align.

Your relationships deepen. Your confidence expands. Your purpose clarifies. Your magnetism rises.

This is the heart of my work: to help you come home to your body, your desires, and your truth - to love yourself in your entirety - and to live the life your soul came here to experience.

Reconnect to your feminine essence through somatic awareness and sacred embodiment.
Many women have been taught to ignore or suppress their bodies — especially when it comes to pleasure, desire, or their emotional needs. In this phase, we gently guide you back to sensation, safety, and aliveness. Through breath, movement, and nervous system restoration, you begin to soften out of numbness and reclaim your body as a source of wisdom and pleasure.

Transform the inner dialogue that holds you back and reclaim the truth of who you are.
Beneath every pattern of overgiving or perfectionism lies a deeper belief: that your needs, desires, or voice aren’t valid. Here, we work together to uncover the origins of those beliefs — often passed down generationally or shaped by relational trauma. Through deep reflection and inner child work, you begin to rewrite the script — not from fear, but from feminine self-worth and truth.
