This work didn't start
with a certification.
It started with a question.
A question I couldn't stop asking — about love, about worth, about what it actually means to feel safe being fully yourself with another person.
I'm still asking it. And it turns out — so are a lot of women.
I grew up in a culture with very clear ideas about what a woman should be. And without knowing it — unconsciously, as so many of us do — I absorbed the belief that love had to be earned. Through compliance. Through achievement. Through becoming whoever the room needed me to be.
So I achieved. I earned my MBA. I rose through the corporate world — director roles at NARS and Bobbi Brown. I founded Y et Beauté, a luxury clean beauty brand carried in Credo Beauty and Beauty Heroes. I married. I had children. I checked every box the world said would mean I had arrived.
And still — a quiet ache remained. Because no amount of achievement, partnership, or external validation touches the part of you that simply wants to be loved for exactly who you are. Not for what you produce. Not for how well you perform. Just — for you.
That ache became my initiation. It led me to yoga, to India, to 25 years of embodied practice. To VITA. To Hakomi. To the slow, delightful discovery that the love I was looking for had been waiting inside me all along — and that helping other women find their way to it is the most meaningful work I have ever done.
The women I work with are not broken.
They are brilliant at self-protection.
And that protection — the same strength that built their careers,
their independence, their whole beautiful life — is now costing them
the intimacy they most want.
My work is not about fixing you. It is about helping you feel safe enough to stop bracing — so love finally has somewhere to land.
This is not
another framework.
It is a homecoming.
I am trained in the VITA™ Method — a trauma-informed, science-based system that weaves modern psychology with ancient Tantric wisdom to awaken the body's natural capacity for pleasure, love, and vitality. Within VITA, I am completing my specialisations in women's empowerment and women's sexuality.
I am also completing my Hakomi-Informed Somatic Coaching training — a mindfulness-based method that works directly with the nervous system and the body's held stories. Together, these allow me to meet you not just in your thoughts, but in your body, your breath, your patterns. Where the real shifts live.
Some women arrive for love and relationships. Some find, mid-journey, that the same inner work unlocks what they've been circling in their careers too. When you take action from a grounded, embodied place — rather than from the old unconscious drive to achieve, to prove, to earn your worth — everything in your outer life begins to move differently. That is where lasting change happens.
Trauma-Informed
We never push past what your nervous system can hold. Healing happens in safety — not in force. Every session is paced to what your body is ready to open.
Somatic & Embodied
Knowing your patterns is not enough. We work in the body — where the patterns actually live — through breath, sensation, and presence. This is where real shifts happen.
Presence Over Strategy
This is not a framework you learn. It is a territory you enter — with your truth, your body, and your willingness to stay. I hold the container so you can go there safely.
Before we work on anything,
you will feel seen in a way
you may never have experienced before.
That seeing — that is where
the real work begins.

Lived before it was taught
Every method has been tested in my own healing first.
Trauma-informed at every level
We work with what your nervous system can hold — never forcing, always following the body's readiness.
25 years of embodied practice
This is not a coaching niche. It is a life's work.
"Esther held the safest space I've ever experienced. She helped me see patterns I'd been repeating my whole life without judgement — just curiosity and compassion. I'm still on my journey, but I finally feel like I'm moving toward love instead of running from myself."
— Christina N.
"Esther has a wonderfully calming presence and provides clarity and deep care with her coaching. She helped me release limiting beliefs and renew my connection with my own pleasure and body. I feel more expanded and present after my time with Esther."
— Anna K.
Early bird or night owl?
5am, by choice. There's something about the quiet before the day begins.
Guilty pleasure?
TV after the kids are in bed. And then sneaking in to snuggle them anyway.
A fun daily ritual?
Kombucha, almost every day. It started as a health thing. Now it's just a small pleasure I protect.
What do you collect?
Beauty. Experiences. People who see the world a little differently.
Trip that changed you?
Mysore, India. I went to deepen my yoga practice. I came back knowing something I hadn't known before.
Can't live without?
God, my spiritual practice, and a good night's sleep.
Common misconception?
That I have everything figured out. I'm in this work too — it's not a role I put on. It's how I live.
Do your kids go to school?
I homeschooled my daughter until she was eight, and my son for a season too. Some chapters just ask for that kind of closeness.
Biggest accomplishment?
My kids. Everything else feels smaller when I'm honest.
What you want women to feel?
Like they just remembered something they'd forgotten about themselves. Alive. Turned on by their own life.
She is ready to stop performing
and start receiving.
Maybe that woman is you.
"Any words of gratitude fall short in expressing how much working with Esther meant to me. She is an incredibly loving, intuitive, and special soul. I felt powerfully held, witnessed, and seen in our sessions together. She helped me move through and transmute some very heavy issues I had been holding on to for decades — with loving tenderness and care. Working with Esther taught me that my relationship struggles weren't about finding the right person — they were about being disconnected from myself. The somatic practices helped me drop out of my head and into my body. I finally understand what 'coming home to myself' means — and it's changing how I show up in every relationship."
— Sue C.
"Esther is an exceptional life coach. Her meditation sessions helped me feel calm and relaxed, significantly reducing my anxiety, and her mantras gave me real confidence. When I was struggling with job rejections, she guided me to visualize my dream job and workplace in detail, which kept me focused and motivated. I eventually landed a great job with better compensation, a positive environment, and exactly what I had envisioned. She also helped me learn how to handle difficult people at work with confidence and clarity. I highly recommend Esther as a truly impactful and supportive coach."
— Rosa K.
"Esther's approach to coaching is kind and grounded. Lots of great embodiment tools."
