Not because you're doing anything wrong. But because the place that learned to protect itself doesn't speak in words.
It speaks in sensation.
You can't think your way into feeling safe enough to receive love. You have to feel your way there.
This Work Begins in the Body
This is not talk therapy with movement added. And it's not insight without integration.
This is slow, precise, embodied work that lives in the nervous system — the place where your relationship to love was formed.
Each session begins with 30 minutes of guided yoga, practiced live together. Not to stretch or perform, but to listen. To let the body arrive before the mind explains.
From there, we spend 40 minutes in intimate coaching and integration — while your system is open, grounded, and receptive.
Seventy minutes total. Contained. Unrushed. Complete.
You're not talking about healing here. You're experiencing it — moment by moment.
Why Embodiment Matters
Most women don't struggle with love because they lack insight. They struggle because their bodies learned that closeness wasn't safe.
So even when love appears, the system stays alert. Working. Managing. Performing.
Embodiment changes this at the root.
When the body learns it can land — the heart softens naturally. And love no longer feels like something you have to earn.
Three Sessions. One Gentle Arc Home.
Session One: Safety
Letting the Body Land
Sthira sukham āsanam — Steadiness and ease are the foundation — in posture, and in relationship.
Before you can receive love, your nervous system must know it's safe to arrive.
In this session, we slow everything down.
We listen to where your body braces. Where it holds. Where it learned to stay alert instead of at ease.
What this session includes:
- A 30-minute grounding yoga practice, guided live
- 40 minutes of coaching and somatic inquiry
- Gentle discovery of what your nervous system needs to feel safe
- A simple daily practice to anchor this sense of ground
You may begin to notice moments where you don't grip. Where your breath deepens on its own. Where you don't have to hold yourself together.
Session Two: Receiving
Softening Without Losing Yourself
Grace is not earned — it arrives when effort releases.
Many women learned to earn love early. To be good, capable, desirable, or strong.
This session is about letting that effort rest.
We explore what happens in your body when love, care, or attention comes toward you. Where you tighten. Where you rush to reciprocate. Where you disappear.
And we practice staying — gently — without pushing past your edges.
What this session includes:
- A 30-minute heart-opening, nervous-system-aware yoga practice
- 40 minutes of coaching focused on receiving without over-functioning
- Somatic tools to help you remain present when vulnerability arises
- Space to feel what it's like to let love land without explanation
Nothing is forced here. Softening happens when the body feels safe enough — not when it's instructed to.
Session Three: Integration
Knowing How to Return
Practice becomes stable when returned to again and again, with sincerity.
Healing isn't a single moment. It's knowing how to come back — especially when old patterns resurface.
In this final session, we weave everything together.
You learn how your system leaves, and how it comes home. What helps you return to yourself when you feel pulled into old dynamics. How to meet yourself with familiarity instead of judgment.
What this session includes:
- A 30-minute balancing yoga practice — rooted and open
- 40 minutes of integration and personalized guidance
- A custom "return ritual" for moments of contraction
- Breath practices, somatic anchors, and embodied reminders you can use in daily life
You don't leave this session "fixed." You leave knowing the way back.
About the Yoga Practice
You don't need to be flexible. You don't need prior yoga experience. You don't need to perform.
You only need a willingness to feel.
All yoga practices are guided live via Zoom. I can see you, support you verbally, and adapt the practice to your body in real time.
Before our first session, you'll receive:
- A gentle reference guide for foundational poses
- Simple setup instructions using pillows, blankets, or a chair
- Clear reassurance that listening to your body matters more than "doing it right"
Alignment chart will be emailed after booking
This is not a class where you're left to figure it out alone. I'm with you — tracking, adjusting, and holding the space with care.

Includes three 70-minute private sessions, session recordings, your embodied reference guide, and personalized integration tools.
An optional 30-Day Integration Package is available for women who want additional support returning to the work between sessions.

I created this intensive because I know what it's like to understand yourself deeply — and still feel your body running the show.
For years, I studied the mind. I read the books. I did the work.
But it wasn't until I came home to my body — through yoga, somatics, and learning how to feel safe from the inside — that love, ease, and intimacy truly changed.
Your body holds the key to your healing. Not because your mind isn't powerful — but because your nervous system speaks a different language.
